    محامون يكشفون عن تعرض (21) معتقلاً لانتهاكات جسيمة داخل سجن بالخرطوم

    كشف محامو الطوارئ، عن تعرض21 معتقلاً لانتهاكات جسيمة داخل سجن الهدر بالخرطوم.

     

    وأشاروا إلى أن المعتقلين لم يتم عرضهم على المحكمة أو قاضى وفيما قالت السلطات شفاهة للمعتقلين أنه تمت محاكمتهم بالسجن لمدة 12 شهر بيد أنهم إلى الآن قضوا 16 شهر.

     

    وألقت السلطات القبض على هؤلاء المعتقلين، من أماكن متفرقة بمدينة الجنينة غرب دارفور بموجب اوامر طوارئ، دون توجيه أي تهم.

     

    وإعتبر تصريح صادر عن محامو الطوارئ، رصدته (صوت الهامش) إحتجاز المعتقلين غير مشروع وقد امضوا بسجن الجنينة 9 اشهر تم ترحيلهم إلى سجن الهدى وإلى اليوم اكملوا 7 اشهر وقد بلغ عددهم 21 معتقلا من بينهم 4 اطفال إثنين منهم يعانيان وامراض صدرية وغير قادرين على الكلام واثنين آخرين لم يلحقوا امتحان شهادة الأساس.

     

    وقال المحامون، إن هؤلاء المعتقلين وضعوا كـأمانات بسجن الهدى من دون اي إجراءات جنائية اُتخذت ضدهم أو أي افعال مجرمة أُرتكبت.

     

     

    استمع وفد من المحامين، للمعتقلين الذين قالوا إن هذه الزيارة هي الأولى من نوعها، حيث أن السلطات رفضت السماح بزيارتهم، وبعضهم لم يعلم ذويهم باعتقالهم أو بمكان تواجدهم، من بين المعتقلين معلم بالمرحلة الثانوية توفيت زوجته وطفله وهو العائل الوحيد لأسرته وهو في المعتقل.

     

    وحمل المحامون، النيابة العامة مسئولية المعتقلين وحياتهم والتدهور الذي وصفتع بالمريع لحقوق الانسان بموجب مسئوليتها القانونية تجاه الحراسات والسجون.

     

    وكما طالبوا النيابة بتفتيش جميع الحراسات والسجون والتاكد منخلوها من غير المحكومين والمتهمين.

     

     

    ودعوا جميع المؤسسات الدولية الحقوقية لرصد هذه الانتهاكات والعمل على وقفها بإعتبار ان السودان من الدول الموقعة على هذه المواثيق كما جددوا تحذيرهم لسلطات الانقلاب من مواصلة مخالفة القانون وإرتكاب جرائم الاخفاء القسري والتعذيب.

     

    وأضافوا أن ثمة مجموعة من الثوار مفقودين من موكب 30 يونيو الفائت.
