يبدأ وزير الخارجية الروسي، سيرجي لافبروف، زيارة رسمية إلى السودان الاربعاء القادم تستغرق يومين.
وتاتي زيارة المسؤول الأول المهم في الدبلوماسية الروسية إلى السودان، في خضم التوترات الأمنية على الحدود السودانية وأفريقيا الوسطى هذه الأيام تهدد المصالح الاقتصادية الروسية بالمنطقة.
مؤخراً، فرضت روسيا حضوراً عسكرياً كبيراً في أفريقيا الوسطى، عقب الإطاحة بالرئيس السابق الموالي لفرنسا، بجانب مساعي على إقامة قواعد عسكرية على البحر الأحمر في الجانب السوداني.
في الإطار، أودت معارك مسلحة، طاحنة وقعت الأسابيع الماضية، بين مليشيا سودانية وحركة سيليكا التابع لأفريقيا الوسطى من جهة؛ وعناصر مليشيا فاغنر الروسية من جهة أخرى، بحياة العشرات بينهم 7 عنصر من المليشيا الروسية في الحدود السودانية وجمهورية افريقيا الوسطى.
منذ أيام قام الوزير الروسي، جولة دبلوماسية تشمل بجانب السودان كلا من العراق، موريتانيا ومالي، وسيجرى وزير الخارجية الروسي، مباحثات مع نظيره في السودان، تتناول القضايا الثنائية والاقليمية والدولية ذات الاهتمام المشترك بجانب سبل زيادة ميزان التبادل التجاري والاستثمارات الروسية.
وعبر وزير الخارجية السوداني المكلف، عن تطلعه إلى ترقية العلاقات الثنائية، وانفاذ برامج التعاون الثنائي وفق مخرجات اللجنة الوزارية المشتركة التي انعقدت في موسكو في عام 2022، وفقاً لوكالة السودان للأنباء.
في السياق، كانت الحدود الممتدة بين السودان وجمهورية إفريقيا الوسطى وتشاد، محور مناورات مكثفة في الأسابيع الأخيرة للسيطرة على مناجم الذهب في ”فاكاجا“ وتوسيع مليشيا ”فاغنر“ نشاطها في المنطقة بغرض السيطرة عليها.
من جانب المهيمين على القرار السوداني، فإن نائب رئيس مجلس السيادة الإنتقالي، محمد حمدان حميدتي، ذكرت تقارير أنه صنع علاقات وثيقة مع روسيا ويعمل حالياً مع مليشيا فاغنر الروسية، ويمتد مجال سيطرته إلى جمهورية إفريقيا الوسطى المجاورة، حيث تعمل المليشيات الروسية، بدعم من قوات الدعم السريع.
وكان حميدتي، أغلق الحدود السودانية مع جمهورية إفريقيا الوسطى، بحجة منع الاشتباكات بين القوات الحكومية في جمهورية إفريقيا الوسطى، والجماعات المسلحة المناهضة لها، من الامتداد إلى السودان، ولكن في الواقع قالت مصادر مطلعة إنه تم التوصل إلى اتفاق غير رسمي مع أفريقيا الوسطى للسماح لقوات الدعم السريع، بالتدخل في المحافظات الشمالية الثلاث وهي”فاكاغا وهوت كوتو وبامينجوي بانجوران.“
قالت ذات المصادر، إن الدعم السريع قام بنشر قوات يصل عددهم إلى 500 عبروا ما لا يقل عن 30 كيلومترًا داخل جمهورية إفريقيا الوسطى لدعم فاغنر وجيش جمهورية إفريقيا الوسطى، ويمكن أن تضمن العملية وصول قوات الدعم السريع إلى العديد من مناجم الذهب.
وبالنسبة لحلفائهم في فاغنر، أضافت المصادر، فإن جذب شمال جمهورية إفريقيا الوسطى، الذي يستخدم كقاعدة خلفية للجماعات المتمردة العربية التشادية، هو جغرافي سياسي بقدر ما هو مالي.
