حذر حزب المؤتمر الوطني المحلول، المكون العسكري والقوي السياسية من مغبة التوقيع علي ما وصفها بالصفقة السياســـة المشبوهــة والايادي الخارجيـــة وجر السودان ”لمربع الشقاق المفضي للضياع وعدم الاستقرار.“
وأشار إلى رفضه لاي نوع من التسويــة معرباً قلقه إزاء حالـة الإنسداد السياسي وتفاقــم الأزمــة السياسيـــة بالبلاد.
الإثنين القادم، يعتزم تحالف الحرية والتغيير وأحزاب المؤتمر الشعبي وانصار السنة المحمدية والاتحاد الديمقراطي الأصل والجبهة الثورية، التوقيع إتفاق اطاري مع المكون العسكري.
واعتبر حزب المؤتمر الوطني المحلول، خطوة إلتفاف على ما وصل اليه حال البلاد من تردي الخدمات و”إفقار المواطن.“
وقال الحزب المحلول إنه يتمسك بعدم المشاركة في الفترة الانتقالية والمطالبة بتشكيل حكومة كفاءات مستقلـــة وغير منحازة لاي جهة سياسية ولا يرشح أعضاؤها أحزاب سياسية لتكمل ما تبقي من المرحلـــة الإنتقالية وصولاً إلي إنتخابات حرة ونزيهة.
وطالب بإستقلال الأجهزة العدلية ”المحكمة الدستورية والقضاء والنيابة“ وعدم تدخل الاحزاب السياسية في اختيار قادتها تحت اي مسوق.
واردف في بيان له ”نرفض أي تسوية و دستور لا تكون مرجعيته الدين واعراف وقيم الشعب السوداني وسنقاوم ذلك بكل الوسائل السلميـــة والقانونية المتاحة حتي اسقاط اى تسويــــة معيبـــة لا تشمل الجميـــع ولا تحترم ثوابت الأمة السودانيـــة.“
