علاوة على دعم مشاريع سبل العيش والخدمات المستدامة وإيجاد الحلول الدائمة وإشراك النازحين والمجتمعات المضيفة في التخطيط الإنساني.
وأشار منسق النازحين، يحى إدريس النور إلى ضرورة إستناد خطة التشاور إلى إحصائيات واقعية للنازحين والعائدين.
وشدد على ضرورة التنسيق والتعاون والعمل المشترك بينهم، وتطرق النقاش إلى الوضع الإنساني المتردي للنازحين بمراكز الإيواء، وأمن على ضرورة إيجاد الطرق المناسبة لتلبية الإحتياجات الخاصة بهم والوصول إليهم.
جاء ذلك عقب زيارة وفد حكومة إقليم دارفور برئاسة منسق النازحين ولايات الإقليم الخمس للتنسيق مع قيادات معسكرات النازحين بولايات الإقليم للتشاور حول مقترح حاكم الإقليم بقيام مؤتمر النازحين واللاجئين.
وأجرى الوفد عدداً من اللقاءات بولاية غرب دارفور الجنينة، حيث إلتقى والي ولاية غرب دارفور خميس عبدالله أبكر والأمين العام لحكومة الولاية، وناقش اللقاء عدداً من القضايا.
