أعلنت قوى الحرية والتغيير، جاهزية الأطراف السودانية للشروع في توقيع الاتفاق السياسي الإطاري الذي يؤسس لتأسيس سلطة مدنية انتقالية تتولى أعباء تنفيذ مهام ثورة ديسمبر المجيدة واستكمال الطريق نحو بلوغ غاياتها.
ووفقاً لبيان صادر عن الحرية والتغيير، طالعته صوت الهامش، فإن الأطراف اتفقت أن يكون التوقيع يوم الاثنين المقبل (5 ديسمبر 2022) ، لتعقبه مباشرة مرحلة اكمال تفاصيل بعض القضايا بأوسع مشاركة من قوى الثورة وأصحاب المصلحة ليتأسس عليها الدستور الانتقالي، وتنشأ مؤسسات السلطة الانتقالية في فترة لا تتجاوز أسابيع محدودة.
جاء ذلك في أعقاب انعقاد هذا الجمعة، اجتماع ضم القوى الموقعة على الإعلان السياسي، بحضور ممثلين لقوى الحرية والتغيير والجبهة الثورية السودانية والحزب الاتحادي الديمقراطي الاصل والمؤتمر الشعبي، مع عبد الفتاح البرهان القائد العام للقوات المسلحة ومحمد حمدان دقلو قائد قوات الدعم السريع، وسط حضور دولي واقليمي بقيادة الآلية الثلاثية وسفراء المجموعة الرباعية والترويكا والاتحاد الاوروبي.
وجدد التحالف الحاكم سابقاً الدعوة لكل قوى الثورة لتوحيد وترتيب الصفوف وتكامل جميع أدوات العمل السياسي السلمي بما يقود لتحقيق غايات ثورة ديسمبر ، وتأسيس انتقال مدني ديمقراطي مستدام، ينهي عقود من الإستبداد السياسي التي مرت بها البلاد.
ويذكر أن قائد الجيش في السودان أطاح بالحكومة الانتقالية الثانية في 25 أكتوبر 2021، خلف أزمة سياسية غير مسبوقة في السودان.
وفي عهده، اراكبت انتهكات واسة لحقوق الإنسان وتفاقم الأزمة الاقتصادية وإحداث سيولة أمنية في جميع أنحاء البلاد.
