قالت الهيئة النقابية لأساتذة جامعة الخرطوم، إن أصدرت ادارة الجامعة عقودات جديدة للأساتذة بالمشاهرة والزمالة، حيث تم تخفيض المرتبات بنسبة 50 في المئة، ليصبح المرتب للأساتذة بالمشاهرة والذين هم غالبيتهم بدرجة البروفيسور وأستاذ مشارك أقل من مرتب محاضر.
وأضافت الهيئة النقابية، أن مرتب أساتذة الزمالة أصبح أقل من مرتب مساعد تدريس.
وفي ظل التطورات الحالية، قال بيان صادر عن الهيئة النقابية لأساتذة جامعة الخرطوم، طالعته صوت الهامش، أن نحو 400 أستاذ وبروفيسور، يلوحون بمغادرة الجامعة.
وعلى خلفية ذلك، دعت الهيئة النقابية لأساتذة جامعة الخرطوم لحضور اللقاء التشاوري الطارئ للجمعية العمومية لمناقشة قضية عقودات الأساتذة بالمشاهرة والزمالة، وذلك الخميس الموافق 22 سبتمبر 2022 بدار الأساتذة مجمع الوسط الساعة الحادية عشرة صباحاً.
